RocketRoute Integrates Runway Analysis from APG

For Immediate Release

Guildford, UK — October 17, 2014 — RocketRoute now integrates with Aircraft Performance Group (APG) and allows customers to request and retrieve runway analysis briefings automatically from the RocketRoute Flight Planning System.

Runway analysis briefings are critical to safe flight operations, especially for airports with limited runway length or high-altitudes. APG is recognised worldwide as one of the leading companies, providing aircraft-specific; takeoff and landing performance analyses and tailored engine-out procedures.

“We are delighted to now be fully integrated and working in partnership with APG. We have many operators around the world eager to use APG as part of their flight planning. We have streamlined the briefing process to make it easy to dispatch flights and to put this analysis in the hands of the crews.” said Uwe Nitsche, CEO at RocketRoute.

Existing clients of APG who are also RocketRoute users can immediately add APG analysis to their RocketRoute flight plans. Simply contact the RocketRoute Support Team at support@rocketroute.com and request setup.

Existing clients of RocketRoute not currently using APG analysis can obtain more information by visiting www.rocketroute.com.

The integration is now available and will be one of the recent feature enhancements that will be showcased by RocketRoute later this month at the NBAA Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition in Orlando, Florida.

“We are very pleased that RocketRoute has integrated APG’s runway analysis service into its offering. There is significant value to the customer in being able to include runway analysis and engine-out departure procedures as an integral part of the flight planning process.” said Mike Caflisch, CEO at Aircraft Performance Group.
