RocketRoute Assistance With GENDEC

Introduction

RocketRoute has made it easy for all Users to prepare GENDEC Forms when flying into Countries that require a General Declaration Report.
RocketRoute will automatically alert the User to this requirement when it is mandatory.
The GENDEC Form must be submitted well in advance of a flight in order to inform the relevant authorities.

Specifications

RocketRoute enables you to comply with this requirement wherever you are.

To prepare the GENDEC form with the help of RocketRoute, one needs to create a route in the normal way. For example, from Ukraine, Kyiv UKKK airport to Berlin Airport, Germany EDDT.

Having entered all the passenger and crew details into the Crew and Passengers tab you will be able to select the relevant people.

Then choose the option GENDEC. Once you have chosen this option, you will see

• Travel Document,
• Personal Details,
• Cabin Crew, and
• Add/Modify List.

You have the possibility to fill in this information.

At first, you may complete the information concerning the travel document.

After you have chosen the Travel Document option you will have to fill in all the information required there. For instance, you may choose the passport as a document. Then all other information related to it will have to be submitted.

The next stage would be filling in your personal details.

You will also have to indicate the information about the cabin crew.

For the Cabin Crew, the process has to be repeated as required. Press the plus as shown in the following image.

After all of the before mentioned data is indicated, you will be able to receive the filled in GENDEC form.
