Are you still using an old version of our apps? Please update as you will encounter problems when using an unsupported version. Please note that the old version is called the RocketRoute app but the one you want - the new app that is fully supported and installed - is called FlightPlan RocketRoute, i.e. not simply RocketRoute.
For iOS users
Here is a screenshot of how the icons appear on iOS devices. This new version is fully maintained and supported.

For Android users
Customers using Android devices, please check your version of the app. If the version you have installed is 5.520 then you have the new app and all is well. See picture below.
However, if the version of the app you are using right now is RocketRoute Lite 2.0.6, then please go to the store and download RocketRoute Flight Plan 5.520. Below is an image for the old version, which you do not want.
