RocketRoute has released a new feature for all users – Operator Preferred Routes.
Operator Preferred Routes are "standard" routes for a given airport pair and/or aircraft type. With this new feature a company or every user can save their chosen routes for their frequent flights and their pilots can see and use them whilst flight planning. For example, if your aircraft often flies from point A to point B a simple click on your saved Preferred route will immediately load it for reuse.
Preferred Routes save your valuable time and money
How it works
The authorized person simply creates a route in the normal way and once it is valid they highlight and copy the route detail. Then select the More or Data tab at the top of their screen and open the Company Preferred Routes tab.
Saving a preferred route
Now click on NEW and give the route a name. Then fill in the detail and paste the route in the box.
Saving route
You can save as many routes as you need. An easy search will allow you to find every saved route very quickly. You can sort or find it by name of the route, by type of aircraft, by destinations etc.
Easy search of preferred routes
Now, your personnel can choose and use any of the Preferred Routes saved.
