Introduction
Starting from the 3rd of June RocketRoute has included OFMA 1:500k VFR charts into all memberships free of charge.
The charts are available for 15 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland. The OFMA charts are accessible on a tablet, smartphone devices or web.

General Info
OFMA, i.e. Open Flightmaps, is a non-profit organization providing aeronautical data under a public license. The Open Flightmaps (OFMA) mission is to develop and maintain a universal database of aeronautical data, in order to facilitate the rendering of high-quality VFR maps to assist the general aviation community.
The database is administered by OFMA, which has the support of two universities and several associations of pilots and other organizations within the General Aviation community. The structure of the OFMA database closely follows the AIXM Model recommended by Eurocontrol.
OFMA Charts contain all relevant aeronautical information necessary for Flights under VFR as well as a topographic basemap displaying streets, railways, rivers, woods, and urbanization.

All OFMA 1:500,000 VFR charts are available in the app-shop under the "OFM General Users License" free of charge for private and commercial use.
The data is transmitted securely, while it is input and maintained by local contributors.

Charts are renewed according to AIRAC cycle. Edition of AIRAC 17 Aug 2017. Due to the following of the AIRAC cycle, which lasts 28 days, there are 13 cycles in a year during which the updates take place.
How to Install
OFMA charts are already added into all accounts.
If you are using RocketRoute FlightPlan app on iOS device, simply go to 'Menu' and tap on 'Charts'. Afterwards, tap on 'Layers', the blue icon. In the menu that appears on the left tap on the charts to download them. You may also click on the following image to view the details better.
If you are using RocketRoute FlightPlan app on Android device, go to 'Menu', tap 'Charts List', scroll to find the desired chart and then tap 'Download'.
If you are using desktop, go to fly.rocketroute.com, open the particular flight, go to 'Settings' and set 'VFR OFMA' to On. Please click on the following picture in order to see the instructions better. You can replicate the same procedure when using RocketRoute in your browser on a mobile/tablet device.
