Auto Addition of NAT Track Messages

When flying Transatlantic routes, relevant NAT Track Messages are automatically included in the Briefing Pack.

The NAT Track Message is added to a Briefing Pack automatically if:

  • the feature is turned on (see account settings),
  • a flight is planned in the NAT HLA (North Atlantic High-Level Airspace, which consists of EGGX, BIRD, BGGL, CZQX, KZNY, LPPO airspaces)
  • a flight is planned between FL285 and above,
  • a flight is crossing or flying within the above airspaces.

Note: The ‘NAT Track Message’ feature can be turned on/off within the Briefing Pack settings.

The NAT Track Message

The message consists of Eastbound or Westbound NAT Track messages (depending on the time of day) and NAT Track remarks.

The examples below illustrate typical messages added to a Briefing Pack:

Available Westbound NAT tracks.

Eastbound tracks not available.

Second part of the NAT track message - remarks.
