RocketRoute’s new crew management section makes it easier to organise flight crew profiles, providing greater clarity for operators.
CREW & PASSENGERS can be added, viewed, edited or deleted. The last change is also logged and any changes in the master account are cascaded to all sub-accounts.
To manage CREW & PASSENGERS:
Note: When creating a new profile in ‘Edit Mode’ be aware that ‘CREW’, ’CABIN CREW’ and ‘PASSENGERS’ have some differing fields.
CREW: Input fields for ‘Role’ and ‘Crew Code’ fields and a ‘Qualifications’ section
CABIN CREW: Optional input field for ‘Crew Code’
PASSENGERS: The same as for CABIN CREW without ‘Crew Code’
To add a new member:
On the following page crew members profiles can easily be added, edited, deleted or filtered. Also it is possible to search a member by their names, codes, roles, email addresses and phone numbers.
The ‘More’ button opens a Preview Mode, where all of the crew member details (Personal, Qualifications and Travel document) can be checked. If something needs to be changed, click the ‘Edit’ button.

The last change made to a flight plan is also now visible and clearly logged. The last user to edit a flight plan in an account which has multiple crew users is automatically logged.
For example: When a user/dispatcher clicks ‘Edit’ and saves the changes in a filed flight plan, their last name becomes visible on the ‘All flights’ page in the 'Dispatcher' column.

If a crew user tries to edit a draft flight plan, which was assigned to them by a dispatcher, the system will create a copy of the draft and make the crew user the owner of that copied flight plan. The changes will be applicable only to the copied flight plan.
The ‘Dispatcher’ field also gets updated after clicking: ‘Optimize’, ‘Show Flight Log’, ‘Flight Log’, ‘Validate’, ‘AutoRoute’, ‘Next’, ‘Save’, ‘File’ buttons.
The last name of the user who made any changes through the mobile application is also synchronised and shown both in the web and mobile applications.
The flight log’s ‘Dispatcher’ field contains the updated last name of a person who did the last saved changes.
Another useful feature designed to help prevent confusion in a flight log/briefing pack.
Once the main account owner sets the flight log and briefing pack settings, these settings are applied to all the sub-accounts.
Therefore, if a user (who is a part of company account) notices changes in the flight log or a briefing pack view, this means that the main account owner has changed the settings and forced the changes to all sub-accounts.
Make sure the setup of the flight log and briefing pack is correct and can be transmitted to the sub-accounts. To check the settings:
