Having such information readily available empowers decision making when selecting the most suitable route option for a flight.
Example of Routing results: Old and New format.
Routes are presented in default categories, ordered by lowest fuel burn, as follows:
Company Preferred Routes (if applicable - valid then non-valid preferred routes in order of lowest fuel burn)
Freshly Generated Routes
ATC preferred Routes
Previously Filed Routes
All other valid routes by lowest fuel burn
Any other non-valid routes by lowest fuel burn
Routes also come from a variety of sources. The route sources are indicated by a colored icon - Green for valid and Red for non-valid.
The order of routes can be custom sorted by the column headers - select and sort by EET, NM, Fuel, and so on.
An inner scroll bar appears if there are more than 5 routing results.
