GAR: Easy submission and cancelation

GAR-blog-image-2

Filing a General Aviation Report (GAR) is obligatory when flying to and from the United Kingdom. Discover the smooth and automated process of GAR submission via RocketRoute FlightPlan.

What's New

A significant advantage of the new update is the automation of the process which reduces the potential for errors and saves time. RocketRoute now sends the filled-out reports directly into the Border Force office system, without sending emails/faxes to the officers.

Another advantage of the update is the ability to easily cancel the submitted GAR form. Previously, pilots had to make extra phone calls to the Border Force office to edit or cancel the form. Now everything is done automatically. Click the ‘Cancel’ button and the report is revoked.

Finally, repetitive submission of the GAR reports through RocketRoute saves time. If all details of the crew and passengers are saved in the account, the GAR form will be prefilled every time a person is added to a flight. The data is stored securely in your account (under GDPR Compliance).
