RocketRoute has added a new route export option as CSV format*.
Import the CSV file into any Spreadsheet or Google Doc and create your own flight log template or use it for flight and fuel analysis.
How to Export
1. Prepare a Flight.
2. Click Export Button.
3. Select CSV. File will save locally.
4. From Spreadsheet click Import.
Here is an example, we have loaded to Google Docs. Example
* CSV = Comma Separated Value.
Suggestions
If you want to use a spreadsheet as a template for your design of flight logs, we suggest creating 2 tabs:
1. Input
2. Presentation
Always import the CSV into the Input Tab, and then reference the data on your Presentation Tab. That way the template becomes reusable.
Create templates that meet your exact needs. Create a layout that works for you in landscape or portrait.
