International Civil Aviation Organization has updated its aircraft type designator recently.
The ICAO aircraft type designator is a two--, three- or four-character alphanumeric code designating every aircraft type (and some sub-types) that may appear in flight planning. These codes are defined by the International Civil Aviation Organization and published in ICAO Document 8643 Aircraft Type Designators. ICAO codes are used by air traffic control and airline operations such as flight planning.
RocketRoute has received the newest list of these codes - edition #44. This edition incorporates designators' registered and corrective material received from the States and manufacturers up to 23/3/16. For example, Cessna 525 Citation M2 received a new ICAO code - C25M (changed from C525).
