Written by Justin Coelho | May 26, 2016 8:26:29 AM

RocketRoute has included new charts to the ICAO group published by Air Million. VFR Charts by Air Million cover Europe in its entirety. Including more than thirty countries, Air Million charts give pilots an opportunity to travel across the vast area, either from Ireland to Romania or from Germany to Tunisia. Currently RocketRoute has nine new charts by Air Million available.

About:

AirMillion VFR charts contain all the information required for a flight: airspace SFC to FL180, controlled areas and restricted areas, airfields, radio resources, VFR reporting points, means of navigation (VOR, NDB and VORDME) and VFR flight sectors, areas of class A to E, AIP courses, private or ULM, all prohibited areas, restricted and dangerous ones as well as natural parks, obstacles to navigation (> 400 ft).

The peculiarity of the earliest Air Million edition lies in the fact that they contain the overhaul of the graphic overlay of aviation, reintegration of class spaces E, overhaul of the charter of geographical background to improve readability of a map, new design for the AD cartridges (with name, ICAO code, altitude, call frequency, approach and ATIS), reinstatement of one hundred of frequencies and areas AD.  The great majority of ULM land and private land is mentioned on the charts to allow pilots to land anywhere.

Charts are downloaded in full and remain available during a flight for navigational use.

Available at Android App, iPad, iPhone.
